Combat Action Command (CAC) is easy to learn, fun to play and provides intense battles.
CAC accurately simulates the controlled chaos of Platoon
and Company (and even Battalion) level combat in WWII.
Active duty military and veterans alike praise its realistic action
and results
Recreate Company level battles like you've seen in hit WWII Movies & TV shows
Data Cards incorporate tons of unique unit
data while actually speeding play
Use your existing Minis however they are based, there's no need to rebase them!
CAC is played at the Platoon and Company level and Team
Data Cards put all the information you need at your fingertips. Gamers who have played once, can play using only
the TDC’s, without having to look up rules. In addition to being
“gamer friendly” CAC is miniature friendly.
.
Use your current 10-12-15-20mm minis any way they are organized or based. You can even use 28mm figures (we
suggest you double all ranges and distances). And while points and organization rules for tournament play are included, players
can use any other published TO&E system.
.
While I took part in many operations with the US Navy and Marines during Vietnam, I never actually
fought in WWII. So my mental "picture" of actual combat comes from what I’ve read in books,
watched in documentaries, and seen in the movies and on TV shows, such as the movie Saving Private Ryan and the series Band
of Brothers. I am not alone, very few people alive today fought in WWII.
.
I wanted to create and play a game that would recreate those passages and scenes
on my wargaming table. That game is called Combat Action Command. The most realistic combat rules for Platoon and Company
(and even Battalion) level combat on the market today.
.
During development CAC was extensively played at Hobby Shops, Conventions and for the Military. It was
universally well liked by all as a fresh new approach to miniature wargaming rules. Not just a redo of old concepts,
but a totally new concept in miniature rules.
.
You
are in command of the platoons in your Combat Command and you Command them to take Combat Actions. These Combat Action
Commands (CACs) allow you to “interrupt” the normal sequence of play to fire or move teams at critical times.
The intense action is like commanding troops in a real battle! There is NEVER a dull moment in a real battle and there
is never a dull moment in CAC!
.
If
you like WWII miniature gaming, you've got to try Combat Action Command! Thousands of gamers have! Don't miss the "Blitz"!
